FREE UK Shipping On Orders Over £100 (some exclusions apply)
Standard Delivery: £5.95 per delivery address for deliveries on Monday to Friday only. Please allow 2-4 working days for your delivery to be despatched.
Next Day Delivery: £9.95 per delivery address. This guarantees delivery of your order next day providing your order is received before noon on Monday to Friday. *
Standard Furniture Delivery: £25 per item for deliveries on Monday to Friday only. Please allow 5 working days for your delivery.
*Weekends and UK Bank holidays are not considered working days and therefore orders will arrive at the earliest date possible.

Most orders are sent by Recorded Delivery and require a signature, parcels sent to Europe are sent by courier. European parcels take between 5-15 days, tracking will be available once shipped.
Please note customers outside the UK will be required to pay their own local Taxes and Duties when your shipment arrives with you. We recommend that you contact your local import office to gain details of these charges.
VAT & Customs Duties
Local taxes and customs charges will apply.
International orders including orders shipping into the EU may be subject to customs duty. These charges are collected by the destination country's local customs officials, and we cannot estimate their value, nor can we refund or reimburse such fees. If these charges are not paid and your package is returned to sender, Sue Parkinson retains the right to collect any additional charges from your refund once it arrives at our office.
Please note some correspondence regarding shipping and customs may come from Broad York Limited, our trading name.

Order Tracking
We will send you two emails relating to the status of your order. The first will confirm its creation and the second will notify you of its shipment. This second email will contain a tracking number and link for you to follow its journey.
In Store Collection
Sue Parkinson offers a complimentary In Store Collection service from our Cirencester Home Store. When shopping online simply select the option from the list at the checkout. We will send you email confirmation as soon as your order is available to collect from our Cirencester Home Store. When collecting your order, please remember to bring your 'Order Conformation' email with you, along with the card you paid with and a form of identification - e.g. passport, credit card or driving licence.
Please allow 1-3 working days from the day you place your order for it to arrive in store.
Orders that are not collected within 7 days of its arrival in store date will be contacted by email. If we do not hear you for a further 7 days we will return your order and return the payment back to your card.
If your order is unsuitable you are able to return the item/s in store or send back to us using the 'Returns Form' enclosed within your order (under the terms and conditions of our Returns Policy)

Delivery Information
Stock permitting, all orders are usually despatched within 24 hours, to arrive with UK customers within 7 working days. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and you may consider the following options:
- Cancel your order and we will refund you.
- Choose an alternative that we have in stock.
- We can despatch your order as soon as we receive new stock.

Customs Charges & Shipping Between the UK and the EU/Rest of the world
If you are a customer purchasing from outside the UK, you will be required to pay non-refundable additional local taxes and duties when your order arrives with you. We would advise you to contact your own local import office ahead of ordering, to gain more details regarding these charges.
