Dear Sue, having hunted for days throughout my local stores trying to get a cream umbrella to match my outfit for my son's wedding on 31st May, I finally turned to the internet.

I found the Lisbeth Dahl frilly one - just what I wanted. The first site was out of stock, the second had a delivery time of 10 to 14 days - both no use to me.

Then I found your site - with an amazing two days to post. So, I am writing to thank you for a truly wonderful service. I ordered at 15 minutes past midnight, just into Thursday the 22nd and my umbrella arrived at 9 am on Friday 23rd! I am highly delighted with it and I shall have it with me on the 31st to ward off the rain but hopefully won't have to use it - at least on that day. Many thanks.
