We recommend that you use recorded post or courier. Retain proof of despatch. Goods are returned to Sue Parkinson at your own expense.

We will refund your credit card within 14 days once we have inspected the item(s) for damage/wear. Items reduced in price as part of a sale offer are not refundable. Sale items will be clearly marked before you purchase.

Colour accuracy

Whilst we make concerted efforts to accurately show items in their correct colours, it is inevitable – and long recognised in the graphics industry – that different monitors and screens vary enormously in their colour depth and accuracy. If you have any queries regarding colour of an item please email sales@sue-parkinson.com or call us on 01386 853527 between 9am and 5.30pm Monday to Saturday to discuss.

Your details are secure, as are your payments, as we use the highest-tech software available to us. However, we of course cannot rule out the progress of technology and ask you to protect yourself by using firewall software. We will never pass on your details to any other individual or company.
