HOW TO ORDER

Shopping on this website is easy and secure. Just follow the step-by-step instructions.

• Select the product you wish to buy
• Choose colour, size and quantity as appropriate
• Click the ‘add to bag’ button
• To continue shopping, just follow the same steps
• You can check what is in your bag at any time by clicking ‘view bag’
• In ‘view bag’ you can change the quantity or delete items
• When you’ve finished shopping, simply click the ‘check out’ button

Here you will be asked to enter your Billing Information (once you’ve created a personal login on the Sue Parkinson site, this information will be securely stored so you will not have to enter it each time).

After confirming the amount and your address details you will be taken to the PayPal secure payment page.

If you don't have a PayPal account - don't worry, you can simply pay by debit or credit card without having to register.

If you already have a PayPal account you can simply log in and enter the details as requested.

Your payment will be processed and acknowledged.

Your goods will arrive in a few days time.

Delivery

Standard Delivery: The standard delivery charge is £4.95 per order.

All orders are via recorded delivery and require a signature. If an item is out of stock, you’ll be advised of the expected delivery date.  Allow 5 working days for delivery.

Next Day Delivery: Orders must be received before 12 noon and can only be placed by telephone and paid for by debit or credit card (we are working on the website to allow next day delivery online).

We do our best to ensure the items on the website are always available, but occasionally some lines sell more quickly than anticipated. In the case of unavailability we’ll advise you of the date the item(s) will be despatched.
