Stock permitting, all orders are usually despatched within 24 hours, to arrive with UK customers within 7 working days. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and you may consider the following options:
- Cancel your order and we will refund you.
- Choose an alternative that we have in stock.
- We can despatch your order as soon as we receive new stock.

Cost £4.95 per delivery address for deliveries on Monday to Friday only. Please allow 7 working days for your delivery.
Next Day Delivery
Cost £9.95 per delivery address. This guarantees delivery of your order next day providing your order is received before noon on Monday to Friday.
Cost £9.95 per delivery address. This guarantees delivery of your order on a Saturday providing we receive your order before midnight on Thursday.

Most orders are sent by Recorded Delivery and require a signature, parcels sent to Europe are sent by Airsure and can be tracked and signed for on receipt.
In Store Collection
Sue Parkinson offers a completely complimentary In Store Collection service. When shopping online simply select your preferred store from collection from the list at the checkout. We will send you email confirmation as soon as your order is available to collect from your chosen store. When collection your order please remember to bring your 'Order Conformation' email with you, along with the card you paid with and a form of identification - e.g. passport, credit card or driving licence.
Please allow 2-5 working days from the day you place your order for it to arrive in store.
Orders that are not collected within 7 days of its arrival in store date will be contacted by email. If we do not hear you for a further 7 days we will return your order and return the payments back to your card.
If your order is unsuitable you are able to return the item/s in store or send back to us using the 'Returns Form' enclosed within your order (under the terms and conditions of our Returns Policy)
