Online and Mail Order Purchases
Return an Item
We hope that you will like your Sue Parkinson purchase, but if you find it unsuitable or you are not entirely satisfied, please ensure that you return products to us unused and undamaged in their original packaging*, within 28 days, to enable us to accept them for a refund. Refunds timescales may vary so please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement. Some products are no-refundable for hygiene reasons*.
Please note:
Goods returned are at your own expense. We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery or a Courier so that you have proof of despatch. Replacement or refund will not be made until the original item has been returned to us.

Cancelling your order
The United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations gives you the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Sue Parkinson, for a full refund. This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
You must inform Sue Parkinson via email within 24 hours clearly stating your order number, name and address.
For orders that are 'Awaiting Dispatch' it may be possible to cancel your before it is dispatched.
If however your order has already been shipped, you will need to return the order to us.
Faulty Items
If the item you receive is faulty, please contact enquiries@sue-parkinson.com quoting your order number, your name, address, date of purchase, and the details of the faulty Item. Please also state if you require a refund or replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

If you receive an incorrect item
If you suspect that the item you have received is not what you have ordered, please contact enquiries@sue-parkinson.com quoting your order number, your name and address, date of purchase, details of the product and the reason for the return, and whether you require a refund or replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
*Note: To ensure the quality of our products do not remove any labels, ensure you do not leave any scents or marks on the items. We will be unable to accept the return of any items where this any evidence that these instructions have not been followed.
For reasons of hygiene and safety, we are unable to refund or exchange the following products unless they are faulty:

- Cosmetic and Fragrances
- Pierced Jewellery
- Ladies Briefs
